Merchant Return Policy
1. The return process begins
with the delivery of the product to you and is valid for 14 days following the
invoice date.
2. In cases where any
opening, deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, use, etc. is detected in the
product or its packaging, or if the product cannot be returned in its original
condition as delivered to the customer, the product cannot be accepted for
return, and the payment will not be refunded.
3. In cases where returns are
made in compliance with the return conditions, the shipping fee will be paid by
the customer.
4. The products to be
returned must be delivered to us by the courier companies we work with.
5. You can return the
purchased product or products within seven (7) days from the delivery date by
stating the reason, without damaging or using the product and without
compromising its resalability.
6. The return process begins
when the product reaches our company. Regarding the returned damaged or faulty
products, the consumer will be informed via email or telephone within the first
7 days after the delivery date, following the examination and approval.
7. The completion of the
procedures related to returns made in compliance with the return conditions and
the transfer of the refunded amount to your account or credit card may take an
average of 3 business days.
8. Returns of products with
opened packaging, used, damaged, or similar conditions will not be accepted
under any circumstances. The return must be made with the invoice, the
product's original packaging, and its contents.
9. The return conditions are
also detailed in the distance sales agreement that you have signed when
purchasing the product.
